Oluwasola Daniels is a Ph.D. candidate in History at the University of California, Davis. She is a historian of modern West Africa. Her research interests include: history of medicine, reproductive and sexual health, gender, and intellectual history. Her current research explores the connection between reproductive health and state formation in twentieth-century Nigeria. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes and continues to contribute to broader conversations on African history and global health.
