ASA Exhibitor Information

The African Studies Association 2023 Annual Meeting will convene November 30 – December 3 in San Francisco, CA. Connect with our global community of scholars, students, activists, government officials, business owners, and K-12 educators during our largest annual event, with over 300 sessions and special events. The San Francisco Marriott Marquis exhibit space will include a meeting area to meet with prospective authors, a coffee break, and exceptional lighting. This year’s Exhibit Hall Packages include many of our classic offerings as well as new opportunities to connect with the ASA community. The Exhibitor, Sponsor, & Advertiser application deadline is August 15, 2023.
Each booth is 8×10 and includes a complimentary 7” x 44” sign with company name and booth number, draped back wall and side rails, and 24-hour security services. Discounted additional full-conference badges are available for $150 per person (a $245-$440 value). Exhibitors may cancel their package purchase for a refund until August 15. Any cancellations beyond that date are non-refundable, but are transferable to the following year. 
*Bronze packages with 4×5 booths are only available to small non-profits, Africa-based publishers, & bookstores. Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
