The African Studies Association 2022 Annual Meeting will convene November 17-19 in Philadelphia, PA. We are overjoyed to be re-opening our vibrant, in-person Exhibit Hall this year. We are equally excited to offer a virtual component for exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers to engage our digitally-minded participants as well as those participating from afar. Connect with our global community of scholars, students, activists, government officials, business owners, and K-12 educators during our largest annual event, with over 300 sessions and special events. This year’s Exhibit Hall Packages include many of our classic offerings as well as new opportunities to connect with the ASA community. The Exhibitor, Sponsor, & Advertiser application deadline is September 1, 2022.
Each package includes 2 all-access registrations per 8×10 booth, a complimentary 7” x 44” sign with company name and booth number, draped back wall and side rails, and 24-hour perimeter security services. Discounted additional full-conference badges are available for $150 per person (a $245-$440 value).
*Bronze packages with 4×5 booths are only available to small non-profits, Africa-based publishers, & bookstores. Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The ASA will contact you directly for your booth placement preferences when the floor plan is available.
