The Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is an international exchange program that aims to deepen the knowledge, broaden the perspectives, expand the reach, and build the capacity of the world’s most committed and courageous democracy advocates. During their time in residence at NED’s International Forum for Democratic Studies, in Washington D.C., fellows exchange ideas and experiences concerning the struggle for democracy around the world; conduct independent research and writing; share strategies and lessons learned; and build ties with a global network of democracy advocates.
