Your Call for Co-Panelists

Did you know that your proposal is statistically more likely to be accepted if it is a complete panel or roundtable? We encourage all participants to assemble a complete session by calling co-panelists with this easy form ahead of the close of the Annual Meeting CFP. Solicit additional papers or roundtable contributors and turn your individual work into a conversation with colleagues. Did you end up with too many great proposals? Just follow our submission guidelines and submit separate sessions as Part I, Part II, etc.

Organizers of proposed sessions are responsible for submitting the session to the Annual Meeting CFP and for remaining in contact with interested panelists and the ASA Secretariat. If you have questions, please email the ASA Secretariat at members@africanstudies.org. This year’s proposed sessions can be viewed in our Call for Co-Panelists forum.

Please note: This form is NOT a submission for the ASA Annual Meeting. This form is for organizing co-panelists to increase the strength of your proposal to the ASA CFP.
