1. Go to the ASA registration page at Cambridge Journals Online: http://journals.cambridge.org/action/memServHome?name=ASA
2. a) If you already have a Cambridge University Press username and password, click on the gold “Log In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then choose the “User Log-In” option. Log in using the username and password that you created. The registration form will be automatically populated with your account information that is already in our system, so it will be unnecessary to fill it out. Click on the “Membership” heading to expand the section.
b) If you do not have a Cambridge University Press username and password, Click on the “Registration” heading to expand the section. Fill in all of the required fields. Then click on the “Membership” heading to expand the section.
3. Choose the appropriate membership category.
4. If you would like to make a donation, proceed to the “Donation” heading and click on it to expand it.
5. Type the dollar amount you would like to donate.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, review your total, click the “Submit” button, and proceed to order review.
7. Review your order and click “Next” to proceed to payment.
