2023 in San Francisco
The ASA is gathering in San Francisco, CA from November 30 – December 2, 2023. We want everyone to have the best time possible, so we’re crowd-sourcing some amazing recommendations to help you have the best experience inside the conference hotel and out. Participants in the ASA Annual Meeting are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel to have the greatest flexibility and engagement with other attendees, but attendees are welcome to stay in whatever accommodations suit them best.

Single/Double: $244 (regularly $315+)
Triple: $274 (regularly $400+)
To receive the early-bird conference rate, you must first book your room through the secure conference reservation system. The early-bird rate ends November 6, 2023. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served / space-available basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to arrival/no show. One night’s room/tax will be charged within the 72 hour window.

Travel Support Grant
If you are looking for financial support to attend the ASA Annual Meeting in San Francisco, you may be eligible to apply for our new Travel Support Grant. Please read the grant information and apply before the deadline.
Visas
The ASA is happy to provide documents and letters to support participation in the Annual Meeting, however we cannot guarantee that any individual will be issued a US visa. US Consulates will also not allow for direct communication from the ASA regarding visa status. Please see our visa information here.
Transportation
The San Francisco Marriott Marquis is approximately 13 miles north of the San Francisco International Airport, 19 miles west of Oakland International Airport, and approximately 10 miles west of Emeryville and Oakland Jack London Amtrak stations. The hotel is accessible by car or public transportation.
Parking
Valet parking available, fee: 91.20 USD daily
