The ASA offers complimentary meeting space to Coordinate and Affiliate Organizations as well as other groups whose participants are fully paid meeting attendees. Morning time slots are generally not offered. All meetings and events will be scheduled in the evening hours in order to better accommodate panel and roundtable sessions.
Scheduling requests are on a first come, first served basis. Room sizes are not guaranteed and cannot be revised onsite. Upon receipt of a request form, the Secretariat will contact you via email with final planning details. All scheduled meetings and events will be announced in the Preliminary Program and Final Programs.
